National Social Work Month

March is National Social Work Month, which means we’re celebrating all the great work Nick and Ana do for our patients!

When asked about their favorite part of Hospice social work, Nick and Ana shared⤵️

👨‍💼Nick: “I would have to say that my favorite aspect is that each need, family, and individual I work with is different. This makes for a different experience each day, so it never gets stale.”

👱‍♀️Ana: “My favorite aspect about my job is the opportunity to learn so much about our patients’ lives while offering a helping hand in a time of need. No single patient is like the other, and getting to hear all their different stories and perspectives on life is truly a privilege. I am passionate about helping others with their grief and hardships. It’s important to me no one feels alone during some of their most challenging chapters of life.”
