I have worked at Hospice Promise since the doors first opened. Our team does an amazing job meeting the needs of our patients and their families. The care we provide warms my heart and makes me proud of where I work.
My husband and I are blessed with a beautiful baby boy, and we also have two dogs which keeps our home fun and busy.

I have previously worked as a companion aide and as a nurses’ aide, and I have run my own pet care business. Here at Hospice Promise, I am able to play a part in helping people when they need it most. I also enjoy working with my sister Deborah - the owner of Hospice Promise.
My husband and I are the proud parents of our teenage son. We recently moved here from Buffalo, NY and WE LOVE ARIZONA.

I have been a pastor for over 25 years because I love people and I want the very best for them. I have written two books, and I have great relationships with many of our community leaders. At Hospice Promise, every team member cares for our patients as they would for members of their own family. It is so rewarding to see how my coworkers love our patients and always do the best for them.

I started working for Hospice Promise as soon as they opened. I believe this is an amazing company that always puts their patients first, and I am proud to be an original member of the team. When I came to Hospice Promise I had many years of experience as a CNA, but I have found my home here.
I am originally from Chinle, Arizona and I am the proud parent of three children, two of whom have followed in my footsteps and earned their CNA's as well.
Over the years, I have had several roles in business development, sales and marketing. I joined Hospice Promise because I really believe in our mission, and I want to make a make a positive difference in the lives of our patients, their families and the community.
I am a proud mom of two wonderful boys and we love having adventures together throughout Arizona.

I previously worked as a certified nursing assistant in skilled nursing facilities. What drew me to hospice care - and especially to Hospice Promise - is the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to my patients, and to be able to put their needs above everything else.
In my free time, I enjoy swimming and spending time with my children.
I started working for Hospice Promise when it opened in 2013. I love the opportunity to support our team and also to interact with our patients. I make it a point to remember birthdays, holidays and special occasions with kind words, small treats and token gifts. Everyone is always so appreciative that it makes me thankful to be a part of those moments.
During my time off I love being with my family and my delightful pup, Lulu!
Certified Nursing Assistant
I spent 25 years as a civil engineer, but after years of numbers, I decided to make a career change where I could focus on people. In 1994 I became a CNA and I am currently attending nursing school. I drive by the Hospice Promise office in the West Valley every day and decided to walk-in and introduce myself. There was an immediate opportunity, and I was excited to join the team.
I enjoy hiking, biking, travelling and spending time with my family.
I love everything about nursing - and I have been at it for over 40 years! I joined Hospice Promise because I appreciate the owner, her values, and her philosophy of patient care. In my free-time I like to take in God’s wonder – and catch-up on sleep!
I spent over 30 years working in critical care and psych care. I joined Hospice Promise with a strong desire to help provide comfort at end-of-life, and also allow patients to remain as alert as possible so they can be interactive with their family.
I love cats, dogs and people – and I have 5 children, 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. I also drive a big truck!
I have spent over 15 years in the medical field working in Placements, from Independent living, Assisted living and Memory care communities. I have also been in Home health and Hospice as well as a personal caregiver. I joined Hospice Promise because I saw the love that this team has for their patients and I wanted to be in that environment.
As a wife and mother of two kids, I focus on getting outdoors with my family. I also love volunteering and enjoy making a difference in people’s lives.
Care Manager & Social Worker (Bilingual)
I worked over 18 years as a medical assistant, and then returned to school and earned a Bachelor Degree in Biology and a Masters Degree in Psychology. I joined Hospice Promise because I love the family feeling here, and the opportunity to help patients and their families.
I love spending free time with my husband and our two boys.
As a nurse, I have worked in telemetry and home health. I joined Hospice Promise because I appreciate the fact that it is “nurse owned” and the culture values patients, employees and families.
In my free time, I am pursuing additional degrees in nursing, and I love spending time with my two kids and our three Great Danes.
I worked previously in financial planning and I the opportunity to work with and serve families in all different stages of life. I view my role at Hospice Promise as another great opportunity to serve families during difficult times.
I have two Labrador Retrievers and in my free time I love to workout, go fishing and spend time with my son.
I have been a nurse for over 20 years and so the fact that Hospice Promise is “nurse-owned” really means a lot to me - it tells you that patient care comes first and the emphasis is not on corporate medicine.
In my free time I like to chill-out, watch Netflix, and go for rides with my husband on our Harley.
I worked previously as the manager of convenience stores in Minnesota, so you see a lot of crazy things in that business. Since moving to Phoenix, I appreciate working at Hospice Promise in a family-oriented business.
In my free-time I enjoy driving on long trips and firing-up the grill for some burgers & BBQ.
LMSW / Social Worker
Over the last several years I have worked with the City of Phoenix Early Head Start Program as a developmental specialist, in housing support for survivors of domestic violence, as a case manager for Severely Mentally Ill adults, and as a child and family therapist. My goal with Hospice Promise is to provide support for families, allowing them to spend more valued time with their loved ones.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife and son as well as going on adventures on my bike in the Arizona desert.
I have worked in hospice program management for almost 20 years, and I love working with volunteers. I joined Hospice Promise because I really appreciated the family environment and the opportunity to grow the volunteer program.
In my free time, I focus on my family. We enjoy watching our boys play sports, and I like to spend as much time as I can with my two grandchildren.

I have worked for almost 20 years in skilled nursing and assisted living. I came to Hospice Promise because of their focus on compassionate care for patients and families.
My husband and I have three dogs, and we like to spend our free-time in the outdoors enjoying camping and time at the lake.
I am a recent graduate and earned my BSN. As I was looking for my first job out of school, I had the unique opportunity to join Hospice Promise - the company where my Mom also works. I really appreciate the “family feeling” here as well as their emphasis on always making their patients the priority.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking and swimming. I also love animals and I have one dog and three cats.
