Linda

BSN, Registered Nurse

I have been an RN since 2000. I am married and together we have raised five sons. We have two cats, two dogs and have been blessed with 12 grandchildren. I love God, family, all animals, good times with friends / coworkers, and the wisdom of older people.

I am a positive person, but when I have a “blue day,” I think about my late father’s words, “All gray clouds have a silver lining. But sometimes you have to dig a little deeper to find them.”

Carol

BSN, Registered Nurse

I love everything about nursing - and I have been at it for over 40 years! I joined Hospice Promise because I appreciate the owner, her values, and her philosophy of patient care. In my free-time I like to take in God’s wonder – and catch-up on sleep!

Loretta

BSN, Registered Nurse

I have spent over 20 years in the medical field working with women, infants, ortho and hospice. I joined Hospice Promise because of their philosophy of patient care - always putting their patients first. I have three dogs - so you could say I am a dog-lover.

I am also married with two children, and we love to travel as much as possible.

Glenda

BSN, Registered Nurse

During my nursing career, I have had the privilege to care for medical, surgical, oncology, stroke and brain injury patients. I believe everyone deserves to be pain free, and be as comfortable as possible. Our patients should also feel loved and valued, be treated with respect and dignity, and more importantly, experience human kindness.

I am honored to be a member of this amazing team. Please take the time to stop and see the beauty in life along the way, and remember you never have to feel alone - human kindness exists.

Christi

BSN, Registered Nurse

Before joining Hospice Promise, I worked in a respiratory, renal PCU. I joined Hospice Promise because they are so patient focused and family oriented. In fact, I worked previously for Hospice Promise, and after leaving I really missed it - so I am thrilled to be back.

In my free time I love doing just about anything outdoors including hiking, camping, swimming and biking. I also love snuggling with anything that is fluffy!

Dotti

Registered Nurse

I spent over 30 years working in critical care and psych care.  I joined Hospice Promise with a strong desire to help provide comfort at end-of-life, and also allow patients to remain as alert as possible so they can be interactive with their family.

I love cats, dogs and people – and I have 5 children, 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. I also drive a big truck!

Cynthia

Licensed Practical Nurse

My passion for Hospice started in Louisiana where I became an LPN and worked on the Telemetry floor. During my time there I worked with a variety of patients, hospice being some of them. One particular patient didn’t have any family to comfort her so my team and I did what we could to comfort and care for her. That was when I knew hospice was what I would do for the rest of my nursing career. In my free time I enjoy photography, poetry, hiking and traveling.

Brian

Licensed Practical Nurse

I started nursing in 1991 working with AIDs patients, end of life, hospice, and palliative care. From there I worked in-home hospice and the California state prison system. In both of these I was a hospice nurse and educator. I joined Hospice Promise because in my interview with them they expressed a passion for and truly holistic ideal I believe in. I am so pleased to have found them. In my off time I love to cook, do abstract photography and enjoy spending time with my ever evolving family.

Elizabeth

Certified Nursing Assistant

I have been a nursing assistant since 2016, and this is my first time working for a hospice. I am so grateful to have come across such an amazing company. Hospice Promise does an amazing job of taking care of patients when they need it most. And they also do a great job making sure everyone on the team feels at home.

In my free time I enjoy coffee dates with my girlfriends and movie nights with the family.

Tamara

Certified Nursing Assistant

I have been involved in nursing my entire life. Prior to joining Hospice Promise, I spent 15 years as a stay-at-home Mom, raising my three wonderful children. And now I am excited to fulfill my professional passion of taking care of others.

I enjoy cooking, shopping and spending time with my children.

Lorie

Certified Nursing Assistant

I previously worked as a certified nursing assistant in skilled nursing facilities. What drew me to hospice care - and especially to Hospice Promise - is the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to my patients, and to be able to put their needs above everything else.

In my free time, I enjoy swimming and spending time with my children.

Lori

Certified Nursing Assistant

I worked previously in post-acute & rehabilitation facilities. I am honored and very happy to be providing one-on-one patient care working with Hospice Promise because their number one priority is always the needs of our patients.

Nick

LMSW / Social Worker

Over the last several years I have worked with the City of Phoenix Early Head Start Program as a developmental specialist, in housing support for survivors of domestic violence, as a case manager for Severely Mentally Ill adults, and as a child and family therapist. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife and son as well as going on adventures on my bike in the Arizona desert.

Ana

MSW / Social Worker

I am a recent graduate from NAU where I earned my Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Social Work. I focused on this area of study because I am passionate about working with elderly and those who are terminally ill. Hospice Promise shares that same passion making them the best team for me to join.

In my free time I love dancing, hiking and going on adventures with my dog - especially to northern Arizona.
